The pool area was stunning. It stood out as the only cold pool on the island, making it a refreshing escape. The staff were very attentive, ensuring our needs were met. I also loved the partial sea view from my room, which enhanced the overall experience.

absolutely nothing special about this place, except the annoying cats everywhere. not to mention the horrendous pool situation with smoky sheesha everywhere. i expected at least a complimentary gesture, considering the trouble i went through just to exist there. i was almost going to leave a good review, but i just couldn’t, so here we are.

The on-site dive center is a definite highlight, offering courses and guided tours that cater to all skill levels, making it a great spot to pick up diving. their restaurant serves some of the best Indian food I've had, with all dishes packed full of flavor, and they even cooked our fresh catch from fishing, turning it into a delicious fish curry.

The pricing feels a bit steep, especially considering certain rooms are misleadingly advertised to be near the pool but actually aren't. The breakfast options were subpar, and the room I had lacked basic amenities like a fridge for private drinks and wasn't equipped for enjoying a decent cup of tea with the absence of milk. while the room was generally clean, the dim yellow lighting made it tough to get ready and the lack of trash bins created some inconvenience.

i had a great stay at pesona. it's just a short walk from the ferry terminal. the poolside king room was comfortable and clean. the on-site spa, azure, had stunning views of lombok, making my treatments even more relaxing. all the staff were wonderful, especially at reception, always ready to help.

Our family had a great stay at Pesona Beach Resort & Spa! The Partial Sea View Triple room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly clean. The kids loved the stunning pool area, and we all enjoyed the delicious breakfast options. The staff were welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
